The repair is firmly clamped within 10 minutes and can be sanded after 30 minutes, ensuring a durable and carefully executed result.

Application

Directions for Use:
1. Choose Open Time: Pick the appropriate open time cartridge based on on the complexity of the repair.
2. Surface Preparation: f possible, sand the to be treated surface with a coarse abrasive P80 – 120 in combination with punctured holes to ensure both mechanical and chemical bonding. Before applying all surfaces need to be clean, dry, free of grease and dust.
3. Cartridge Insertion: Load the 2K PU cartridge into a compatible dual-barrel dispensing gun.
4. Mixing and Application: Mixing and Application: Dispense a small test amount from the nozzle to make sure the components are properly mixed, then apply the adhesive on the surfaces to be bonded/repaired. Use the reinforcement canvas for tears or cracks or bigger repairs.
5. Fixings and brackets: Align and press the parts together, securing them in place as the adhesive cures.
6. Tears, cracks or remoulding: use the contour canvas to align the product to the shape of the plastic part.
7. Curing: Allow sufficient time for full curing, as per product guidelines.
